Privacy Policy

Effective June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SquidMind LLC (“RoundPushPin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the roundpushpin.com website and the RoundPushPin service (together, the “Service”). SquidMind LLC is the company behind RoundPushPin.

A note on self-hosted form data

RoundPushPin is a self-hosted form builder. When you run RoundPushPin on your own infrastructure, the responses collected through your forms are stored in your own database — not on our servers. For that data, you are the data controller and decide how it is used, secured, and retained; SquidMind LLC does not access it. This policy covers only the data SquidMind LLC itself processes through the website and your RoundPushPin account, as described below.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Information you provide. Account details (such as your name and email address), billing information needed to process payments, and the contents of any message you send us.
  • Information collected automatically. Usage and device data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, gathered through cookies and similar technologies when you use the website.

How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To create and manage your account and process payments.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and to understand how it is used. This includes product analytics from PostHog, which helps us see how visitors navigate the site — including aggregated heatmaps and where people drop off — so we can improve it. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or any consent controls we provide. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the website.

Service providers

We share personal data only with trusted third-party service providers that help us run the Service — for example, hosting, analytics, and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it to perform those services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below; we will respond in line with applicable law.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
